I have been training with him for years. Jack supports and pushes you to achieve things you never thought you could achieve. He has brought my motivation back from the dead on occasion and made me feel damn good again!
I also see Jack for massage and I LOVE it even more than training, he is amazing!Jack also responds to texts and calls in a timely manner, has excellent communication, works hard to fit you in (even when he can’t really) at last minute and laughs with you along the way.
